I accept to vacate my room at 11:00, noon on the departure date.
I agree that I am fully liable for all services charged to my guest account during my stay at the "San Antonio Corfu Resort". I hereby consent to the action of the pre- authorization of my credit card by "San Antonio Corfu Resort" for the estimated amount of expenses until the final invoice will be issued. I hereby authorize this hotel to charge my credit card for hotel services used but not paid upon my departure.
The Management of the Hotel declines any responsibility for the loss of money and valuables left in the room, as well as, in the safety deposit box of the rooms.
I agree that in the event of my sustaining injury during my stay at the hotel, or in case of my property being lost or damaged, I will notify the management of the hotel, prior to my departure. I also agree that any claim I may have, arising out of such matters, will be subject to the laws of the country in which this hotel is situated and the Courts of this country will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such claim.
As a valued guest your personal data are processed in a database controlled only by us. This database allows us to keep upto-date contact details and to keep you up to date on latest offers, information and news, relevant to the hotel, via newsletters and business relevant information. If you have questions about the hotel’s privacy policy or the information we file, please contact the reception desk.
We would also like to inform you that for the purposes of public health protection actions, the accommodation management / administration must keep a record of the staff members and all persons residing in the accommodation - name, nationality, date - date of arrival and departure, contact details ( address, telephone, e-mail), so that it is possible to communicate with the close contacts of any case of COVID-19, which may be identified afterwards. This file is kept for public health reasons.
