San Antonio proudly participates in the “Greek Breakfast” initiative, offering dishes prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients from Greek and Corfiot land.
This atmospheric all-day bar-restaurant, located near the lower pool, offers the ideal setting for endless hours of relaxation, complemented by chic refreshments and signature cocktails. Languid sunbeds spaced around the pool area create plenty of private sanctuaries.
On the other side, the restaurant–bar is an al fresco, all-day venue, ideal for informal dining. In the evening, part sophisticated wine bar and part intimate eatery, Dyo Elies combines the elegance of lounge dining with unpretentious, flavourful food inspired by Mediterranean living.
