San Antonio participates in the action of “Greek Breakfast” and what we offer is prepared with the best ingredients of the Greek and Corfiot land, such as freshly baked breads, Greek yogurt with nuts and honey or fresh fruits salad, local sausages and cheese, fresh eggs & vegetables, virgin olive oil and olives, homemade rice puddings, cakes and pies, Greek deserts, like “Semolina Halva” etc.

Depending on the day’s fare, the regularly changing menu will include traditional dishes & local specialties like “sofrito”, “moussaka”, “pastitsada”, sardines in the oven, stuffed squid, “bourdeto” (the most famous fish dish of Corfu, with red sauce and spices), “fava” & tzatziki, Greek pies with feta cheese, fresh marinated grilled vegetables, Ionian Sea foods & roasted lamb with Greek herb’s.
